Civil War Days

CIVIL WAR DAYS

      So if you have viewed my profile you know I'm a writer! My first book The Secret Soldier takes place during the Civil War! So I thought it would be neat to post some photos of the Civil War Days my sibs and friend went to early October! It was very fun, my sibs and I walked the trenches at the Park where the Days took place. We had to stand in line for lunch SO long, and sadly to say I didn't think my hamburger was good:(. But my brother Samuel did, so it might have just been me! After lunch was the reenactments, they reenacted a battle and it was very nice to see!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a knife too! Who's a knife fan like me? Enjoy the pics and let me know what you think!

Coming up the 28th of this month will mark the 1 year blog-versary of "This Redeemed Girl"!

Thanks you all for your support of this blog! Ya'll rock!

To celebrate I will be hosting a blog party the 26th of this month, at 6:00-7:00pm (or maybe 7:30pm, what do ya'll think?) CST!! I hope ya'll will attend!!!

I'll post next week with a planner of the blog party and if you have any fun suggestions as to what we can have featured at the blog party, comment and let me know!

I'm taking a week internet leave so any comments won't be posted until next Sunday or Monday;-(

Amy turned away from the mirror, she turned away from herself. Why in the world had she thought herself capable of being a police officer? Why had she sweated through months of academy? Why had she disappointed her family?  Why hadn't she just stayed in her comfort zone?
